All cancellations must be emailed to the conference secretariat prior to the deadlines below.
Cancellations received up to and including OCT 31, 2026 will be refunded the registration fee, with a 100 EUR deduction for administrative expenses.
Cancellations received between NOV 01, 2026 and MARCH 10, 2027 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
From MARCH 10, 2027 onwards, no refund will be made.
Discounted registrations will not be refunded, but can be transferred.
Refund payments will take 20 working days to process.
