Biography:
Aslı SÄ°S ÇELÄ°K is a nurse and Associate Professor in Women’s Health and Diseases Nursing. She is
also a Laughter Yoga Leader and Mindfulness practitioner. She conducts scientific and social studies on
violence against women, infertility, menopause, gynecological oncology, pregnancy-postpartum period
mental health. Aslı, who completed her doctoral thesis on “The effects of providing planned health
education on hot flash beliefs and quality of life in climacteric women” from Atatürk University Health
Sciences Institute and received PhD degree in 2013, continues to show outstanding success in the field
of Women’s Health and Diseases Nursing and Achievements. Professional memberships are Turkish
Nurses Association, Women’s Health Nursing Association, Innovative Nursing Association, Urology
Nurses Association.
