Abstracts can be submitted online once the submission portal is opened. Authors may begin the submission process through the official conference abstract submission system.

Abstract acceptance or rejection notifications will be emailed to the presenting author and co-authors using the email addresses provided during submission.
Yes. Multiple abstracts may be submitted, but duplicate submissions describing the same data should be avoided.
A maximum of 15 authors may be listed. If a research team or group needs recognition, one author position should be reserved for the group name.
Yes. Changes can be made until the official abstract submission deadline.
- Topic not suitable for the conference.
- Insufficient originality or novelty.
- Duplicate submission.
- Missing sections or incorrect format.
- Poor methodology or inadequate supporting data.
- Insufficient results or conclusions.
Oral presenters will have 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for audience questions.
Up to 10 slides are recommended to complete the presentation within the allocated time.
