Guidelines for Speakers -

Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful presentation.

Arrival Time

Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before the beginning of your session.

Presentation Length

Each oral presentation is allocated 20 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for audience questions. If your presentation exceeds the allotted time, the moderator may shorten the Q&A session.

Content Slides

Up to 10 slides are recommended, allowing approximately 2 minutes per slide. Include an overview of your research, key findings, conclusions, and future research directions.

Slide Format

Only Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote presentations are supported. Use widescreen format (16:9) with a resolution of 1920 × 1080.

Slide Submission

Bring your presentation on a portable USB drive and upload it to the conference computer at least 2 hours before your scheduled presentation.

Presentation Tips

Rehearse your presentation beforehand.
Ensure your presentation matches the submitted abstract.
Consider the diverse backgrounds of your audience.
Use clear, readable slides with fonts of at least 24 pt.
Leave enough time for audience questions.
Finish your presentation within the allocated time.
