About Poster Presentation

A poster session is a visual presentation of an author's research. Authors present their findings using graphs, photographs, charts, diagrams, and concise text displayed on poster boards.

Poster Dimensions

Each poster should measure approximately 1 × 1 meter.

Format & Required Information

Ensure all poster content is clearly labeled and readable from a distance of 10–15 feet. The title must exactly match the submitted abstract and appear in bold at the top. Follow standard title capitalization conventions.

Poster Printing

Authors are responsible for printing their own posters and bringing the printed copy to the conference venue.

Presentation Guidelines

• Design your poster to encourage discussion rather than serve as a lengthy presentation.
• Include the abstract title, author(s), affiliations, and institution.
• Use a minimum font size of approximately 21 pt.
• Use charts, figures, and illustrations instead of large tables whenever possible.
• Clearly display the research objective in the upper-left section.
• Arrange the poster in a logical order from introduction to conclusion.
• Include objectives, methodology, results, conclusions, references, and acknowledgements.
• Install your poster during the assigned setup time and keep it displayed until the conference concludes.

Evaluation Criteria

• Quality and relevance of the submitted abstract.
• Scientific content and overall poster layout.
• Clarity of presentation and visual organization.
