Letter of Invitation

The conference will issue an official Letter of Invitation to eligible participants for visa application purposes.

For Presenters

Invitation letters for oral and poster presenters will be issued only after abstract acceptance and successful registration confirmation.

For Delegates & Students

Invitation letters will be issued after successful completion of the conference registration process.

Information Required

• Full name (exactly as shown on your passport).
• Current mailing address.
• Organization / Institution details.
• Type of participation (Oral Speaker, Poster Presenter, Delegate or Student).

Financial Responsibility

The conference does not provide financial assistance for airfare, local transportation, accommodation, meals, insurance, medical expenses, or any other travel-related costs. All expenses are the responsibility of the participant.

Visa Processing

The organizing committee cannot process visa applications or contact embassies or visa officers on behalf of participants. We will provide supporting documents such as the Invitation Letter and Registration Confirmation to assist with your application.
